In Black for a White Wedding!

Spent some time behind the camera this past weekend to film a friend’s wedding. We (Square Marden) don’t work on weddings often but this one was really enjoyable. Despite the obvious stress of needing to capture key moments of the day, we were comforted in the fact that they were an easy going couple (with lots of easy going friends). At the end of the day, I noticed I barely took any phone photos –I attributed that to two reasons: 1. There were photographers running around doing a lot of snappity-snapshots and 2. My mind was preoccupied with making sure we don’t miss a beat.

But here are some I did manage to take.

The lovely Bride and Groom, with photographers and Richard...

Richard making sure to "get the shot"! What a trooper.

As with any wedding, there was food. Lots and lots of glorious food. And while I’m normally pretty good about food photos, I couldn’t hold the line up for a photo. Oh well. BUT we were able to treat ourselves to some delightful edibles and drinkables.

Chocolate rimmed with a raspberry floating...refreshing!

By far one of the best spreads of any event I've ever attended.

The Bridge and Groom knew how to have a good time, that’s for sure. This was an almost spontaneous side activity they found themselves doing primarily because the photoshoot took them to a location that had beer pong accessible.

All in all a great day, and especially wonderful event filled with friends and family for the Bridge and Groom. Congratulations to the both of them!

The guys and I sharing a brew before calling it a night to dance and join the festivities.
